HPE Aruba Networking 500R Series Remote Access Points deliver a maximum combined data rate of 1.49 Gbps with two spatial streams to meet the needs of low and medium density environments.
The access point provides Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ with support for Wi-Fi 6 features such as OFDMA, bidirectional MU-MIMO, and target wait time (TWT) to drive improved efficiency.
Includes three 1 Gbps Ethernet ports (1 uplink, 2 downlink) for wired connectivity.
Supports optional USB LTE modem for high-speed LTE Cat 12 connectivity.
Flexibility is powered through DC or a standard USB-C source and ships with 12V adapter and localized plug.

Simple and Secure Access

The HPE Aruba Networking 500R Series Remote Access Points offer enhanced security with Dynamic Segmentation to remove the time consuming and error-prone task of managing complex and static VLANs, ACLs, and subnets by dynamically assigning policies and keeping traffic protected and separated.
It offers stronger encryption and authentication with WPA3, protected credentials/keys storage for guest access with Enhanced Open, and user and IoT access policy enforcement firewalls (PEF).
Trusted Platform Module (TPM) secures credentials, keys, and boot code.

Cloud Managed and Ready for IoT

HPE Aruba Networking 500R Series Remote Access Points are deployed and managed using cloud-native HPE Aruba Networking Central to extend the WAN to home offices, small offices, and even temporary locations with built-in SD-WAN and cloud security.
Remote work microbranch capabilities include SD-WAN route/tunnel orchestration, policy-based routing, multiple active tunnels, WAN health visibility, and cloud security orchestration.
Connect IoT devices with an optional USB dongle for [1] Bluetooth 5 and 802.15.4/Zigbee support.
Target Wake Time (TWT) establishes a schedule for client communications to save power and reduce airtime contention.

HPE Aruba Networking 500R Series Remote Access Points enable IT teams to deliver cost-effective Wi-Fi 6 coverage in a compact desktop form factor that is ideal for small branches and remote work. With 1.49 Gbps maximum combined speed, Zero Touch Provisioning, wired ports, and optional USB LTE modem, the 500R Series makes it easier to extend the workplace experience anywhere that has an internet or cellular connection.
