HP Support Plus Service is composed of comprehensive hardware and software services that enable you to increase the availability of your IT infrastructure. HP engineers work with your IT team to help you to resolve hardware and software problems with HP and selected third-party products.
As HP releases updates to software and reference manuals, these updates are made available to your system manager or designee. Updates for selected HP-supported third-party software products are included as they are made available from the original software manufacturer. This service also includes a license to use and copy the software updates for each system covered by the original HP or original manufacturer software license.
In addition, this service provides electronic access to related product and support information, enabling any member of your IT staff to locate this commercially available essential information. For third-party products, access is subject to availability of information from the original manufacturer.

HPE Foundation Care Exchange Service combines popular remote hardware and software services that enable you to increase the availability of your IT infrastructure. Hewlett Packard Enterprise technical resources work with your IT team to help you to resolve hardware and software problems on your HPE products. Hardware exchange offers a reliable and fast parts exchange service for eligible Hewlett Packard Enterprise products. Specifically targeted at products that can easily be shipped and on which you can easily restore data from backup files, HPE Foundation Care Exchange is a cost-efficient and convenient alternative to onsite support. Hardware exchange provides a replacement product or part delivered free of freight charges to your location within a specified period of time. Replacement products or parts are new or equivalent to new in performance.

HPE Foundation Care Service is composed of comprehensive hardware and software services aimed to help increase the availability of your IT infrastructure. Hewlett Packard Enterprise technical resources work with your IT team to help you resolve hardware and software problems with HPE and selected third-party products. For hardware products covered by HPE Foundation Care, the service includes remote diagnosis and support, as well as onsite hardware repair if it is required to resolve an issue. For eligible HPE hardware products, this service may also include Basic Software Support and Collaborative Call Management for selected non-HPE software.
